'Flat Water' conditions provide the ideal environment for those wishing to experience all aspects of canoesport for the first time. These courses will generally take place on flat, slow moving rivers, very sheltered lakes or enclosed sea areas. We will look at developing a solid foundation of basic skills, in whatever aspect of canoesport that you chose.
You could find your self exploring islands on Strangford Lough, improving skills on Castlewellan Lake or moseying down the river Bann!
