The courses on this page are aimed at experienced canoeists, or for those who ave completed the relevant 'Moderate' course and are hungry for more! They will take place in a 'Rough' environment, such as Grade 3 - 4 rivers, open lakes or sea, with conditions that you would expect with winds of force 5 - 6 and 3+ foot surf.
The skills covered in each course will vary - precise detals can be obtained by clicking on the course title to the right.
All of these courses are relveant and applicable to those who wish to be trained for the relevant British Canoe Union 5 star awards in various disciplines.
