Tollymore is ideally situated on the northern edge of the Mournes for the activities that we provide. There is good hillwalking on our doorstep, and a huge range of crags for rockclimbing courses.

For canoesport, we have easy access to Castlewellan Lake, the sea at Newcastle plus the Bann for whitewater courses. We also use Strangford Lough for many of our sea kayaking courses.

We travel away from Tollymore for some courses, such as Mountain Leader Assessments and surf and some sea kayaking courses. We also travel to Scotland each winter for our winter mountaineering and winter climbing courses, as well as some higher level kayak, canoe and sea kayaking courses.
