Postal Bidding
If you wish to bid for any of the items by post, you must complete the form below and return it to Tollymore Mountain Centre before 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday 14th May 2008 .
The auction will be held at Tollymore Mountain Centre on Saturday 17th May, commencing at 7.00 p.m.. All items to be auctioned will be available to view from 6.00 p.m., as well as on our website.
The auction will be managed by a local professional auctioneer. You may bid for one or more items using this single form. Please specify your maximum bid (in £stg) for any of the Lots listed on our website. This maximum bid will include all auctioneers fees and taxes. The items will be auctioned at an ‘open’ public bidding (i.e people present at the auction). If there is a higher ‘postal’ bid than an ‘open’ bid, then the auctioneer will inform the auction that he has a higher bid, and the bidding will progress incrementally. The highest bid (‘open’ or ‘postal’) reached will be the successful bid. Therefore it is possible to bid successfully by post, yet not reach your maximum bid.
All goods must be paid for immediately after the auction, by cash (£stg) or credit / debit card (Visa / Mastercard).
All goods must be removed from the auction by 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 18th May. At this time, any uncollected goods will be left in the rear carpark at Tollymore Mountain Centre.
If a bid is successful, but payment is not made (e.g. credit card detail do not process) we will attempt to contact you to inform you, if we cannot contact you, the goods will remain the property of Sport NI and will be returned to the auction for re-auction.
