Management and Team Development Programmes

As a result of our partnership with a firm of Chartered Occupational Psychologists, Tollymore can offer a premium service around in depth team and individual assessment and development.

Using a wide range of diagnostic exercises we can help individuals and teams become more aware of how they operate and how they can become more effective in achieving their personal and business goals. The diagnostic phase of these advanced programmes often precedes arrival at Tollymore and this enables the overall programme to be tailored to specific team and organisation requirements.

Management Training, Selection and Development Centres and Strategic Alignment Workshops are also available. Chartered Occupational psychologists are bound by the ethics of the British Psychological Society and will only use tools and processes that meet best practice requirements.

Should you wish to consider this additional service, we will be happy to discuss the range of opportunities available and provide you with testimonies from local blue chip organisations that use this service extensively.

By using an environment removed from the work place there is freedom to experiment with new management styles and ideas. The outdoor environment involves experiences and challenges, which many aspire to test themselves against but seldom get the opportunity. What better environment to learn in than one which individuals enjoy and which instils an attitude of striving for success against a challenge.

Believe us when we say we are equally keen to get outside with you and help you reach your goals and complete that journey.

How do we know? Because every day we get emails and phone calls asking when will courses resume and with every NI Executive mention of easing of restrictions the emails and phone calls are more frequent……
